Beaujolais Wine Celebration
On the 3rd Thursday of November, every year, the Beaujolais is celebrated. Wine testing takes place all around France. The wine trademark is "Beaujolais". It's the primeur wine which cannot be kept: it must be drunk without waiting. Both Beaujolais Villages and Primeur are favorites. All Parisian "cafés" are packed by those who want to celebrate the particular event. Beaujolais took his name from a village in the South of France where the Beaujolais wine is produced.
